Spring, Texas: April 27, 2003— Today marks the launch of J. Colton Mortgage & Investments, Inc., a new, full-service boutique firm located in Spring, Texas. After years of working for some of the nation’s leading finance and investment companies, Jonathan Gross is hanging out his own shingle and bringing to his business not only an expansive knowledge of finance, but a commitment to customer care which has not likely been associated with the finance industry in decades.

An Investment Counselor and Wealth Manger with over five years experience, Mr. Gross has managed a client asset base of over $175 million and is adept at providing individualized attention to everyone from Fortune 500 companies to mid-size business owners to first-time home-buyers. Mr. Gross has a thorough understanding of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and qualified plans (including IRA’s, 401k plans and SEPS). He also has extensive knowledge of non-qualified stock options and incentive stock options and annuities. What makes Mr. Gross so unique, though, is his acute appreciation of the ways in which any financial decision will affect a family or business.
